A question that many of our clients have or ask (for some strange reason, they ask while we're installing) is whether or not an air conditioner has ever fallen out of the window. They also ask if anyone has ever died. We've never had any units fall, but heard of too many instances where units have fallen or seen units that have fallen out of windows.
